Works! The Job Force Board believes that a sound
economic base is essential to maintain the quality
of life in the six county region it serves. The
Board fosters economic development and encourages and
supports employers to promote full employment for our
residents.
- Michigan Works! The Job force Board is a regional
Workforce Development Board serving Alger, Delta,
Dickinson, Marquette, Menominee and Schoolcraft counties
for over 30 years.
- Each year, its Service Centers help over 2,500
local businesses with their human resource needs.
- Over 3,000 job seekers successfully find employment
through Michigan Works! Service Centers annually.
